Where bookings are made via third-party booking engines, the terms and conditions of those providers shall apply in addition to these Booking Terms.

Rates are quoted per accommodation unit unless stated otherwise and include only those services expressly specified.

2.5 Guest conduct

Guests are required to comply with property rules and conduct themselves in a manner that does not endanger others or property.

Aquila Collection shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control.


3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

3.2 Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking.

3.3 No-shows

Failure to arrive on the confirmed arrival date may result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.

Activities offered by Aquila Collection properties may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to wildlife encounters, outdoor terrain, weather conditions, and physical exertion.

4.2 Assumption of risk

Guests participate in activities at their own risk and acknowledge that Aquila Collection shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage, except where prohibited by law.


5. PAIA MANUAL (SUMMARY)

This manual is prepared in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (“PAIA”).

5.1 Company information

Aquila Collection operates hospitality properties in South Africa.

5.2 Records available

Records may include guest information, booking records, financial records, and operational documentation.

5.3 Request procedure
