We’re delighted to introduce our gourmet wood-fired pizza menu – thoughtfully crafted, rooted in Dekkersvlei’s heritage, and designed to pair seamlessly with our wines. It’s a natural extension of vineyard living, turning relaxed summer dining into an experience that lingers long after the last slice.

Morning Glory: A Vineyard Brunch Favourite

Perfect for slow mornings, the Morning Glory brings comfort and freshness together. Scrambled eggs, bacon bits, cherry tomatoes, peppers and feta are finished with fresh rocket and a light sprinkle of Parmesan. It’s indulgent without being heavy – ideal alongside a coffee, fresh juice, or even a chilled glass of White Pinotage.

Simple, rustic and made for sharing, our focaccia offerings set the tone:

Fig & Blue Symphony
Crispy bacon bits and blue cheese meet preserved figs for a rich, balanced flavour profile that pairs beautifully with our reds.

Pinotage Garden Bianca
A celebration of the vineyard garden: Pinotage onion relish, roasted butternut, mushrooms, olives, feta and cocktail tomatoes, finished with chillies, glazed cashew nuts and fresh rocket.

Tuscan Farmer’s Feast
Smoked BBQ chicken, mushrooms, feta, peppadews and cherry tomatoes, topped with fresh coriander and a ranch drizzle – hearty, comforting and full of flavour.

Battonage Crème
Butter chicken, Greek yoghurt and sundried tomatoes, lifted with fresh coriander. A gentle nod to texture and technique, just like its winemaking namesake.

The Karoo Royale
Springbok carpaccio, cherry tomatoes and caramelised onions, finished with fresh rocket and Parmesan. Refined, bold and deeply South African.

The Greek Karoo
Pulled roast lamb with rosemary, Pinotage onion relish, Greek yoghurt, parsley and a tzatziki drizzle – a fusion of cultures that feels perfectly at home on the farm.

The Heritage
Biltong, buffalo mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes and basil pesto, topped with avo and balsamic glaze. A tribute to tradition, reimagined.

Brisket Barrelhouse / Burgundy Barrelhouse
Honey-glazed beef ribs with peppadews, cherry tomatoes and feta, finished with guacamole. Big flavours, best enjoyed slowly.

Wildfire
Salami, black olives, feta, caramelised onion and mushrooms, brought together with a fresh chilli salsa for a gentle kick.

The Harvest
