Easter Egg Hunt at Dekkersvlei Vineyards this Easter!

Looking for something fun to do this Easter? Dekkersvlei Vineyards is hosting a lively Pinotage Easter Egg Hunt on 4 & 5 April 2026 from 11am to 3pm – and it’s designed for both adults and kids to enjoy.

Conveniently located just off the N1 in Paarl, in the heart of the Cape Winelands, Dekkersvlei Vineyards is an easy drive for a relaxed day out. Surrounded by vineyards and mountain views, it’s the perfect setting to slow down, soak up the scenery, and enjoy a festive Easter experience.

For the Kids

Younger guests won’t miss out on the Easter fun. Kids can explore the grounds in search of hidden treats, baskets in hand and excitement building with every find. With plenty of space to roam and play, it’s an experience that keeps little ones engaged, active, and smiling from start to finish.

Kids can also get hands-on with a build-your-own pizza experience, choosing their favourite toppings and creating something delicious from scratch before it heads into the oven. It’s a fun, interactive activity that adds a creative twist to the day.

Adults can look forward to the Taste the Original wine tour, a relaxed and engaging introduction to Dekkersvlei’s unique take on Pinotage. Known for producing the world’s first White Pinotage, Dekkersvlei offers a chance to discover the story behind this proudly South African varietal while enjoying a guided tasting.

But the highlight? Taking part in an Easter egg hunt with a twist – hidden among the vineyards, adding a playful and unexpected touch to your wine tasting experience.
